About the role

Key responsibilities

• Operate the fuel station and convenience store efficiently during your shift, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate any operational changes or issues promptly to management.
• Prepare and submit accurate shift reports according to company guidelines.
• Maintain store safety, security, and environmental compliance, reporting incidents as required.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to read, write, and perform arithmetic at an eighth‑grade level.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lb and handling merchandise such as milk cartons, soft drinks, and beer.
• Comfortable working in various temperature conditions and tolerating gasoline fumes.

Required skills

• Customer service – greeting customers, suggesting purchases, and promoting specials.
• Basic computer use for shift reporting.
• Identification verification for tobacco/alcohol sales.
