Job description

About the role

We are seeking a dependable Retail Merchandising Associate to support a small branded cooler/freezer unit at a local grocery store. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible, as‑needed scheduling.

Key responsibilities

  • Visit the store once per week, performing bi‑weekly full product changeouts, including defrosting, restocking, and signage updates.
  • On other visits, check inventory levels, restock as needed (average 20 minutes), verify thermostat settings, and report service via smartphone with required photos.

Required profile

  • Lives within a 10‑15 mile radius of the store.
  • Comfortable using a smartphone to capture and submit task reports.
  • Seeking supplemental income rather than a full‑time position.

What we offer

  • $15‑18 per visit (paid for a full hour), paid bi‑weekly via direct deposit.
  • Consistent, recurring route with independent work.
  • No mileage or drive‑time reimbursement; ideal for local individuals.
