Venue Representative – On‑site Event Staff

About the role
Join the team that hosts the immersive show BEAUTIFICA at a planetarium. As a Venue Representative you will act as the company ambassador, welcoming audiences, handling check‑in, and ensuring a smooth guest experience during scheduled showtimes.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and take down lobby elements such as signage, check‑in tables and merchandise displays.
- Welcome guests, check them in, answer questions and manage merchandise inventory and sales.
- Facilitate overall event flow, communicate promptly with the Venue Operations team, and provide feedback for improvement.
Required profile
- Upbeat, positive personality with strong communication skills.
- Customer‑service experience, reliable, punctual and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure, solve problems quickly and lead on‑site helpers when needed.
Required skills
- Comfortable using iPhone applications, including WhatsApp.
