Retail Key Holder – Customer Experience

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Key Holder for its Outlet Shoppes in Woodstock, GA. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience through customer service, sales, merchandising and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach team members to provide the ultimate customer experience.
• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting sales goals.
• Assist with getting products to the floor, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Help train and develop staff on Levi’s selling practices and authentic customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and programs.

Required profile

• Consumer‑centric, open‑minded, proactive and able to think beyond tasks.
• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales performance goals.
• Willing to work flexible hours in a fast‑paced retail environment.
