Retail Excellence Director

About the role

The Retail Excellence Director will lead HUBLOT’s boutique network, shaping retail operations, CRM strategy, learning & development and merchandising to deliver the brand’s “Art of Fusion” experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve retail operations standards, policies and SOPs across all boutiques.
• Own the CRM strategy, including clienteling, acquisition, retention, loyalty programmes, appointment management and KPI tracking.
• Design and deliver learning & development programmes, training academies, certification pathways and succession planning for boutique teams.
• Set operational excellence standards covering inventory governance, loss prevention, audit compliance and boutique profitability analysis.
• Analyse performance metrics such as conversion, NPS, UPT, CRM engagement and productivity.
• Lead boutique openings, transformations and experiential events in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop retail merchandising strategy, manage stock depth, allocation, replenishment and high‑demand Haute Horlogerie pieces.
• Champion technology adoption and digital tools that support CRM and retail operations.
• Oversee vendor management and in‑store hospitality logistics to ensure a luxury client experience.
