Retail Brand Ambassador

About the role

Renuity is seeking energetic individuals to promote its home‑improvement products and services in‑store and at events. You will engage prospective and existing clients, delivering compelling sales presentations and helping them envision upgraded living spaces. This role also serves as a pathway toward future management or sales positions within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Renuity’s products and services to prospective and existing clients through in‑store marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows.
• Deliver engaging face‑to‑face sales presentations that highlight product quality, installation expertise, and customer care.
• Serve as a stepping stone toward future management or sales career opportunities within the company.

Required profile

• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious outlook and ability to thrive in a performance‑driven environment.
• Confidence speaking publicly and engaging with customers.
• Outgoing, well‑spoken individual who enjoys human interaction.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

What we offer

• Base pay of $17 per hour plus uncapped bonuses and commissions, with potential earnings of $60 k–$80 k per year.
