About the role
This hands‑on position supports customers after disasters by handling the packing, transport, and restoration of personal property in residential and commercial settings.
Key responsibilities
- Packing, loading, transporting, disassembly and reassembly of contents.
- Dry and wet cleaning, deodorization (ozone, foggers), inventorying and photographing items.
- Maintaining equipment such as industrial dryers and keeping the work area organized.
- Using an iPad to track jobs and assist the water department as directed.
Required profile
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment and lift 5‑40 lb frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding customers’ property.
- Good communication skills to report site conditions and concerns.
Required skills
- Proficiency with iPad for job tracking.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cleaning techniques.
