Restaurant Team Trainer

About the role

Taco Bell is hiring a Restaurant Team Trainer in Kalispell, MT, through its partner Crave Management Group. The trainer helps teach new crew members all aspects of their jobs and supports them so they can perform at their best. Pay is $20-$21 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Teach new crew members and support them in performing their jobs well
• Interact with customers by taking orders, processing sales and handling customer issues in a friendly way
• Prepare products and maintain product quality
• Monitor service equipment and keep the workplace clean and safe
• Unload, stock and maintain required inventory levels
• Attend work reliably as scheduled

Required profile

• Naturally friendly, committed to customer satisfaction and team play
• At least 14 years old and legally able to work in the United States
• Commitment to attendance and punctuality, with dependable transportation
• Able to stand and move about for an entire shift, occasionally lift 30 pounds, and work in hot or cold environments

Required skills

• Basic math skills
• Ability to use a register, grill and other restaurant equipment
• Ability to wear a headset and follow brand standards and guidelines
