Restaurant Manager

About the role

Raising Cane’s is seeking a full‑time Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and uphold the brand’s standards and culture. You will work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, interacting with customers and leading the crew through each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all restaurant zones meet Raising Cane’s standards during each shift.
• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant.
• Handle cash, maintain accountability, and authorize manager‑level functions such as discounts and time‑clock overrides.
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and cleanliness of the facility.
• Direct crew members, conduct shift‑management meetings, and provide exemplary customer service.
• Utilize reward and recognition programs to motivate staff.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the restaurant is in good working order.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, walking, lifting, bending).
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse crew.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including early closures for company events.
