Taco Bell is hiring a Restaurant General Manager in Palm Coast, FL. The GM leads a dynamic team, recruits and trains the best crew, guides them toward promotions and builds a vibrant, inclusive culture where the team's success reflects the manager's. The role works a 50-hour week: 40 hours at regular pay and 10 at time and a half.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and orient Team Members and Shift Leads, and run a training plan for Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Team Member Trainers
• Award recognition regularly and resolve conflicts quickly to keep a positive environment
• Engage personally with customers and resolve issues fast
• Schedule staff strategically, coach the management team on CHAMPS standards and lead product rollout meetings
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget and pursue profitability without compromising the customer experience
• Monitor competitors and exceed their standards, including digital presence and loyalty programs

Required profile

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis
• Experience developing teams, recruiting top talent and training high- and under-performing employees
• Adaptable to change and supports change management
• Follows corporate policies and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs
