Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and orient Team Members and Shift Leads, and run a training plan for Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Team Member Trainers
• Award recognition regularly and resolve conflicts quickly to keep a positive environment
• Engage personally with customers and coach the management team on CHAMPS standards
• Schedule staff strategically, lead product rollout meetings and stay ahead of competitors, including digital presence and loyalty programs
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget and drive profitability

Required profile

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis
• Experience recruiting top talent, training high and under-performing employees, and motivating teams
• Adaptable to change and supports change management
• Follows corporate policies and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs

• Salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on location and experience
