Resident Concierge – Customer Service & Facility Support

About the role

Organizes, coordinates, and implements resident services and programs, serving as a primary information source for residents about local market resources.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, ensuring comfort while they wait for team members.
• Answer phone calls, route them appropriately, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain guest suite schedule, ensuring payment and cleanliness for arrivals.
• Coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities for daily opening.
• Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided services.
• Assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and reaching.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional on‑call duties.
• Readiness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training.
