About the role
The Residence Life Furnishing Assistant supports the Residence Services team in preparing campus housing for the upcoming academic year. This part‑time summer position is ideal for individuals who can work flexible hours, including evenings, to ensure rooms are fully furnished and ready for students.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and arranging furniture in residence halls.
- Coordinate with the Residence Services team to track inventory and report any issues.
- Perform light clerical tasks related to housing preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required profile
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends during the summer.
- Reliable transportation to the campus.
