Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator – High‑Volume Recruiting

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work remotely to support high‑volume recruiting operations, focusing on late‑week and after‑hours applicant flow. This position ensures a smooth candidate experience and keeps the hiring pipeline moving efficiently for the next business day.

Key responsibilities

• Process large volumes of applicants, especially those submitted Wednesday‑Sunday evenings.
• Screen resumes and perform initial qualification checks against role criteria.
• Advance qualified candidates and promptly disposition unqualified ones in the ATS.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and update candidate status in SmartRecruiters.
• Prepare candidate summaries and supporting documentation for recruiter review.
• Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and SMS, providing timely updates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple hiring teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience supporting U.S.-based, high‑volume recruiting.
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably SmartRecruiters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a metric‑driven setting.

What we offer

• Compensation: $1,200 USD per month (independent contractor).
• Remote work schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM ET.
