About the role
We are seeking a motivated Remote Sales Representative to join our fast‑growing remote staffing company. The role focuses on inbound sales calls, converting qualified prospects into clients, and working directly with the company owner.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled sales calls via Google Meet using our pitch deck.
- Manage the full sales pipeline in GoHighLevel from booked meeting to closed deal.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until they convert or are closed out.
- Own your numbers and sales process end‑to‑end.
- Participate in daily team trainings and coaching sessions.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of proven closing experience (appointment setting alone is not sufficient).
- Confident communicator able to drive calls to a decision.
- Self‑managed, disciplined with strong pipeline hygiene.
- Coach‑able, team‑oriented and motivated to grow.

What we offer
- Base salary $2,500 USD per month plus commission.
- Total compensation potential $6,000–$10,000 USD per month.
- Daily coaching, ongoing training and a proven sales system.
