Remote Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join Job Duck’s remote talent acquisition team. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, coordinate with clients and candidates, and ensure a smooth matchmaking experience for US‑based employers.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm candidate availability for interviews and manage scheduling.
• Request and handle documentation based on client requirements.
• Communicate with clients through Zendesk and keep them updated on job requisition status.
• Analyze candidate profiles, review job requisitions and resumes, and determine suitability.
• Enter, edit, and update job requisitions and candidate information in Workday.
• Maintain internal databases and keep candidate engagement throughout the process.
• Coordinate multi‑candidate interviews and verify start dates.
• Attend daily and weekly team meetings.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with analytical and data‑driven approach.
