Remote LATAM Sourcer for US Retail Sales

About the role

The Sourcer will support Kelly’s talent acquisition team by building high‑quality pipelines of U.S.‑based candidates for retail sales and beauty industry positions. Working remotely from anywhere in Latin America, you will focus on sourcing, engaging and qualifying talent for high‑visibility projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for sales and beauty roles in the U.S. market.
• Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards to build and maintain robust candidate pipelines.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders to translate hiring needs into effective sourcing plans.
• Craft personalized outreach messages and manage high‑volume candidate communication.
• Track pipeline activity, ensure ATS accuracy and report on sourcing metrics and market insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional sourcing experience, preferably supporting the U.S. market.
• Demonstrated success sourcing for retail sales positions.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with U.S. stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for candidate discovery.
• Experience with a variety of sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques.
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for pipeline management and reporting.
