About the role
This entry‑level Inside Sales position focuses on selling Pitney Bowes postage meters and office, mailing, and shipping consumable supplies to existing business clients. The role is remote, targeting candidates in the Central or Eastern Time Zones of the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls (150‑200 per day) to sell supplies and postage meters.
- Overcome objections by highlighting product benefits, promotions, and the company’s value proposition.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and generate invoices with an error rate below 6%.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas and productivity targets.
- Participate in at least one team development, mentorship, committee, training, or volunteer activity each year.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client errors and escalations.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvements.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, resilient, and persuasive.
- Comfortable handling a high‑rejection, high‑volume sales environment.
- 1+ years of sales or customer‑service experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
- Strong core sales skills: objection handling, closing, and opportunity identification.
- Intermediate PC proficiency and ability to navigate complex software systems.

- Target base compensation of $50,000 annually at 100% quota attainment.
