Remote Data Entry Specialist

About the role

The Data Entry Specialist supports the e‑Fulfillment and e‑Filing teams by reviewing, filing, and managing legal documents through internal platforms. This fully remote position is open to candidates residing in Virginia and offers a structured training program to build industry knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen industry and process expertise
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects and tasks assigned by the team

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately with high attention to detail
• Team‑player mentality
• Typing speed of 50–60 words per minute

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
