About the role
We are looking for a meticulous Remote Data Entry Assistant to support our growing team. In this fully remote position you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining company data across various internal systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems with high accuracy.
- Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and correctness.
- Organize digital files and keep accurate records.
- Perform regular data quality checks and correct any discrepancies.
- Generate reports and assist with administrative documentation as needed.
- Respond to internal requests for data retrieval and updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to ensure timely task completion.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, virtual assistance, or office administration.
- Strong typing skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
