Relief Store Manager – Self Storage

About the role

SecureSpace Management LLC is expanding rapidly and seeks a Relief Store Manager to support multiple self‑storage locations. You will drive unit rentals, warranties and moving‑supply sales while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining facility standards.

Key responsibilities

• Promote unit rentals, warranties and moving supplies to exceed sales targets and secure positive reviews.
• Guide new customers through the rental process and confirm moving dates with prospects.
• Manage past‑due tenants and handle lien and auction paperwork.
• Conduct daily property inspections, perform light maintenance, restock supplies and operate roll‑up doors.
• Communicate results and recommendations to the Area Manager and Leadership Team.
• Travel to nearby locations as needed and provide on‑call emergency backup for night and weekend security concerns.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience in storage, retail or hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability and team‑motivation skills.
• Customer‑service mindset with conflict‑resolution capability.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
