Relief Field Sales Manager – On Premise – Mid County

About the role

The Relief Field Sales Manager provides temporary leadership for Field Sales Manager territories across the Mid County region. This role ensures continuity of sales execution, coaching, and customer support during planned or unplanned absences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as temporary field leader for assigned territories, conducting sales meetings, coaching sessions, and territory planning.
• Maintain and grow key customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and resolve concerns.
• Partner with Business Managers, suppliers, and Sales Leadership to coordinate ride‑withs, surveys, and market activities.
• Monitor territory performance, support onboarding, and facilitate smooth transitions for incoming or returning Field Sales Managers.
• When not covering a territory, act as a field coaching resource, delivering in‑market coaching, ride‑withs, and feedback to improve sales execution.

Required profile

• Current associate at breakthru, able to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams and manage customer accounts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with Business Managers and Sales Leadership.
