Regulatory Assistant

About the role

The Regulatory Assistant supports dhccare’s compliance activities for skincare, cosmetics, and personal‑care products sold in the United States and abroad. The role maintains regulatory files, assists with product and packaging reviews, and tracks deadlines across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain organized regulatory files for products, ingredients, formulas, packaging, testing, claims and safety information.
• Collect and track product specifications, certificates of analysis, safety data sheets, test reports and supplier documentation.
• Assist with label, carton, insert, website and marketing‑material reviews to ensure consistency with regulatory requirements.
• Support U.S. cosmetic facility registration, product listings, adverse‑event documentation and international market‑entry filings.
• Coordinate regulatory feedback with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Quality, Operations and other departments.

Required profile

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in regulatory affairs, chemistry, biology, cosmetic science, pharmaceutical science, business administration or related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, product development or document control (preferred); entry‑level candidates with strong organizational skills may be considered.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience using shared document systems and project‑tracking tools.
