About the role
The Coordinator for General Population Services acts as the primary customer‑service expert for the Office of the University Registrar, handling a wide range of inquiries from students, faculty, staff, alumni and the public.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inquiries about registrar functions, fees, academic calendar, and Workday Student.
- Assist walk‑in visitors, monitor registrar email accounts, and handle phone calls regarding confidential academic records.
- Process registration requests, advanced standing tests, and retroactive section changes using Workday Student.
- Authenticate documents, provide jury letters, verify benefits, and manage selective service status updates.
- Support imaging of academic source documents with Hyland OnBase, including scanning, indexing and retrieval.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of FERPA regulations and ability to refer students to appropriate health or safety resources.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Workday Student system.
- Experience using Hyland OnBase for document management.
