About the role
The State of Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Skilled Nursing Facility at the Gracewood Campus in Augusta. This position provides direct nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled clients while supporting health maintenance and disease prevention initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Assess client health problems and needs under general supervision.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records for each client.
- Administer nursing care, including medication and treatments.
- Advise clients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and case management as needed.
Required profile
- Associate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
- Current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse or a multistate license, or one year of experience at the lower level Registered Nurse 1 (HCP070) or equivalent.
