Registered Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Upper East Side clinic team. Working under physician direction, you will provide direct patient care, manage electronic medical records, and support health education initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop nursing care plans, and prioritize nursing care.
• Prepare equipment and assist providers during examinations, testing, and treatments.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary services and arrange diagnostic tests as ordered.
• Perform inpatient diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures alongside physicians.
• Tri­age patient inquiries, communicate test results, and ensure infection‑control compliance.
• Administer injections and medications in accordance with state law and clinic guidelines.
• Educate patients and staff on pharmacology and protocol requirements.
• Participate in safety programs, staff orientation, and policy review.
• Document medical information accurately in the electronic medical record.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of related RN experience (extensive experience may substitute for BSN).
• Current NY State RN license and registration.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) and Infection Control Certificate.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
