Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

Join NeurAbilities Healthcare as a full‑time Registered Behavior Technician in Lancaster, PA. You will work one‑to‑one with children and families in clinic, home or school settings, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis under BCBA supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans with clients, focusing on communication, social and independent living skills.
• Collect and maintain accurate data and manage client program materials.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Educate others about ABA interventions and follow established treatment protocols.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation for travel to multiple service locations.
• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).

Required skills

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation.
• Data collection and documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform physical tasks such as walking and bending.
