Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Cypress, TX

About the role

Join a close‑knit clinical team at Reliant ABA Therapy in Cypress, TX. As a Registered Behavior Technician you will deliver one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in a supportive, clinic‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions following individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
• Collect, enter, and maintain accurate data using electronic tools.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and teammates to ensure fidelity of treatment.
• Complete required documentation promptly and accurately.

Required profile

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.

Required skills

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
• Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS).
• Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT).
• Electronic data collection and entry.
