Registered Behavior Technician – Full‑time ABA Therapist

About the role

Bounce Therapy is looking for compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum at our ABA Preschool Center in Colchester, VT. This is a long‑term, full‑time, center‑based position working Monday‑Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Accurately collect and record client data during each session.
• Communicate regularly with families, BCBAs, and office staff about progress.
• Follow treatment plans and support each child’s developmental goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities, is strongly preferred.
