Regional Trainer – Education & Prestige (West Coast)

About the role

As a Regional Trainer you will bring our luxury beauty and fragrance brands to life across the West Coast, delivering engaging education that drives performance and enhances the client experience both in‑store and online.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training programs for makeup and fragrance products to retail staff, beauty advisors, freelance artists and sales associates.
• Conduct in‑store workshops, masterclasses and virtual seminars to improve product knowledge, artistry skills and modern selling techniques.
• Create video tutorials and social‑first content to support training initiatives and reinforce brand storytelling.
• Plan, organize and facilitate training events that elevate the brand experience.
• Translate brand strategy into actionable training tactics and presentations for the field sales force.
• Collaborate with field leaders to define priorities, provide performance insights and recommend improvements.
• Develop and update training materials, manuals, presentations and digital learning tools.
• Assess training needs, coach teams and monitor program effectiveness through feedback and sales metrics.
• Stay current with industry trends, product launches and consumer behavior to continuously evolve content.
• Travel within the assigned region to deliver in‑person training and support retail partners.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in beauty or fragrance education/training, with multi‑brand or multi‑channel exposure.
• Advanced makeup artistry skills with the ability to teach at all levels.
• Strong digital fluency, including experience creating video content, social media training or e‑learning modules.
• Data‑driven mindset and ability to connect training outcomes to business goals.
