Regional Support Specialist – Sacramento

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Support Specialist to join our Coldwell Banker team in Sacramento. The RSS acts as the central hub for agents, branch leaders, and marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth daily operations and strategic support across the office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove service to agents and clients visiting the office.
• Assist agents with technology, process, and operational questions.
• Manage office social‑media accounts and deliver basic marketing support on demand.
• Promote a friendly, inclusive culture and coordinate branch events and recognition programs.
• Support the Branch Manager with promotional items, sales meetings, new‑agent orientations, and recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with onboarding and other agent‑service teams to facilitate training on company tools such as MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, and Listing Concierge.
