About the role

We are seeking a Regional Support Specialist to join our Coldwell Banker team in Highland Park, MN. The role serves as the operational hub for agents, branch leaders, and marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth daily functions and strategic support across the office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove service to agents and clients, including office tours and introductions to support services.
• Assist agents with technology, process, and operational questions, troubleshooting office systems as needed.
• Manage basic social media and marketing support for agents and maintain office social media accounts.
• Promote an inclusive office culture and act as a culture carrier for the branch and region.
• Coordinate with onboarding, transaction, and other operational teams to guide agents through processes.
• Support the Branch Manager with promotional items, sales meetings, new‑agent orientations, and recognition programs.
• Help with agent recruitment by gathering production data, scheduling appointments, and facilitating intake processes.
