About the role

We are seeking a Regional Support Specialist to join our Coldwell Banker team in Cincinnati. Based in a branch office, you will act as the central hub for agents, branch leaders, and marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth and strategic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove service to agents and clients visiting the office, highlighting available support services.
• Assist agents with technology, process, and operational questions.
• Offer basic social media and marketing support, managing office social media accounts on demand.
• Promote an inclusive office culture that reinforces our agent value proposition.
• Coordinate with other Agent Services teams to address transaction‑related inquiries.
• Support agent onboarding, conduct office orientations, and train on tools such as MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, and Listing Concierge.
• Assist the Branch Manager with promotional items, sales meeting preparation, new‑agent orientations, and social‑media marketing.
• Help recognize agent performance through awards reporting and social‑media content.
• Participate in agent recruitment efforts and related reporting.
