About the role

We are seeking a Regional Support Specialist to join our Coldwell Banker team in Cincinnati. The RSS acts as the central hub for agents, branch leaders, and marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth daily operations and strategic support across the office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove service to agents and clients visiting the office, promoting internal support services.
• Assist agents with technology, process, and operational questions, including tool training (MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, Listing Concierge).
• Manage office social‑media accounts and deliver basic marketing support on demand.
• Promote an inclusive office culture and coordinate events, recognitions, and community initiatives.
• Support the Branch Manager with promotional items, sales meeting preparation, new‑agent orientations, and social‑media marketing.
• Collaborate with onboarding and other agent‑service teams to streamline transaction‑related inquiries.
