Regional Property Manager – Active Adult Communities

About the role

The Regional Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of Active Adult communities in the Atlanta region, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. This strategic leadership position partners with Community Managers and regional support teams to achieve occupancy, revenue growth, and asset preservation.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect properties, review financial and operational reports, and implement action plans to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and regional support leaders to improve asset and team performance.
• Oversee budgeting, financial targets, and capital planning for the portfolio.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to ownership and senior management.
• Develop and execute tenant retention programs and marketing strategies to maintain optimal occupancy.
• Ensure property maintenance, compliance with regulations, and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing diverse multifamily properties.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CPM, CAPS, or CAM and an active real estate license are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi and/or RealPage).
• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet/database management.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
