Regional Manager – West Region (Comfort Medical)

About the role

The Regional Manager for Comfort Medical in the West Region will lead the field sales strategy for Coloplast Direct in the US, driving growth and market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Drive results in the region by setting direction, meeting sales targets, monitoring performance and championing change.
• Plan, organize and administer the regional team, translating strategy into budgets, forecasts and efficient procedures while maintaining sales databases.
• Staff and develop the team through recruitment, coaching, performance monitoring and ensuring compliance with PHI regulations.
• Motivate and influence others by establishing high standards, recognizing achievements and acting as a liaison across functions.
• Build strategic relationships with customers, identify business opportunities and respond quickly to issues.

Required profile

• BA/BS or higher degree.
• 5+ years DME sales experience or 2+ years medical sales management plus 3+ years med‑tech sales.
• Willingness to travel 60‑75% of the time, valid driver’s license and residence within or near the sales region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.com, Bright Tree and Power BI.
