About the role
Cresco Labs is seeking a Remote Regional Field Marketing Manager based in Massachusetts. You will be responsible for building relationships and supporting key accounts across the state, acting as the brand expert for our House of Brands portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert on Cresco Labs brands, the cannabis category, and market trends.
- Support go‑to‑market launches of new products to generate demand and media coverage.
- Promote safe and enjoyable cannabis use through industry‑leading conversations.
- Create marketing collateral using Canva and the internal Hotbox creative team.
- Identify and execute opportunities to expand retail presence and demonstrate value to partners.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of the cannabis market and brand storytelling.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with wholesale retailers and account managers.
- Self‑starter who thrives in a dynamic, remote work environment.
