Regional Business Manager – Coffee Sales (Phoenix)

About the role

The Regional Business Manager – Coffee Sales will lead Nestlé Professional’s coffee portfolio growth in the Phoenix area, focusing on iconic brands such as Starbucks, Seattle’s Best, Teavana, Nescafé and Coffee‑mate. This field‑based position requires a strong hunter‑farmer mindset, extensive travel and the ability to build executive‑level relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operator sales growth by identifying and securing net new business within the Phoenix territory.
• Acquire additional venues within existing accounts through proactive pipeline management across all sales stages.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities, customer events and forecasting.
• Lead joint business planning and business reviews to strengthen partnerships and meet service level agreements.
• Negotiate and execute profitable contracts aligned with Nestlé Professional’s strategy.
• Partner with internal operations to ensure smooth onboarding, training and installation for new venues.
• Promote brand stewardship and oversee quality assurance activities in the territory.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of direct outside sales, B2B or business development experience.
• Proven track record in new business development and customer retention.
• 5 + years of experience negotiating complex contracts with strong financial acumen.
• Deep understanding of the foodservice, hospitality or beverage industry, especially premium branded products.
• Executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM/pipeline management tools.
