Regional Alliances Manager - Great Lakes

About the role

sevenai is building the AI foundation for security operations and needs a Regional Alliances Manager to grow its partner ecosystem across the Great Lakes and Mid‑Atlantic. You will turn regional partner relationships into a repeatable source of pipeline and ARR, working closely with field sales and executive teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and exceed the regional partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue targets.
• Run co‑sell motions with resellers, SIs, MSSPs, technology alliances and cloud partners to land new logos and shorten sales cycles.
• Convert one‑off partner deals into repeatable revenue channels through account mapping, joint business planning and regular pipeline reviews.
• Collaborate with executive, marketing, product and sales teams to create joint value propositions that motivate partners to lead with sevenai.

Required profile

• 5+ years of business development or alliances experience at a high‑growth tech startup, with a proven record of meeting multi‑million‑dollar channel quotas.
• Established GTM partner relationships across the Mid‑Atlantic and Great Lakes that can be leveraged from day one.
• Experience building partnership frameworks that shift from 1‑to‑1 selling to a 1‑to‑many ecosystem model.
• Strong understanding of ISVs, cloud economics and partner business models.
• Self‑directed, comfortable with ambiguity and able to move quickly with minimal supervision.
