Regional Account Manager – Midwest (Remote)

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Regional Account Manager to lead and grow strategic insurance carrier relationships across the Midwest from a remote home‑based setting. The RAM will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, driving adoption of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products, identifying expansion opportunities, and aligning solutions with customers’ business objectives. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of carrier accounts, building executive‑level relationships, developing and executing strategic account plans, qualifying and closing new business, and achieving revenue growth through retention, cross‑sell and upsell. The role also requires leading business reviews, coordinating internal resources such as Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal and Compliance, and monitoring industry trends, competitive activity and regulatory changes to inform growth strategies. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in account management, sales or business development within the property & casualty insurance sector, a proven record of managing complex enterprise accounts, and strong negotiation and strategic planning abilities. Experience presenting to senior leadership, knowledge of underwriting, claims, policy administration or fraud, and familiarity with consultative selling methodologies are required. The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $94,100 to $174,700 with total target cash compensation up to $268,900, along with comprehensive benefits and a supportive, inclusive work environment.
