Regenerative Surgical Specialist – Dallas/Fort Worth

About the role

The Regenerative Surgical Specialist works closely with hospitals and clinics to capture new accounts while nurturing existing business within the Dallas/Fort Worth territory. Reporting to the Regional Business Director, the specialist partners with operating rooms, surgeons and purchasing staff to deliver successful patient experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Kerecis SurgiClose, SurgiBind and GraftGuide to operating rooms, surgeons and burn clinics.
• Manage revenue targets, focusing on GPOs, new accounts and expanding existing relationships.
• Conduct in‑services and education sessions with purchasing and OR staff.
• Report sales forecasts and maintain customer data using Pipedrive.
• Educate customers on product reimbursement and utilize marketing and educational tools.
• Assist the Regional Business Director in developing go‑to‑market strategies for the territory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Science or Medical field.
• 5+ years of medical sales experience, preferably in operating rooms.
• Proven track record of developing new hospital business and closing large contracts.
• High‑energy, results‑oriented individual able to work in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
• Strong strategic, analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
