Recruitment Consultant - Entry Level

About the role

Acceler8 Talent is seeking an ambitious, graduate‑level Recruitment Consultant to join its Boston team. You will work alongside experienced Business Development Consultants to source, engage and manage top technology talent across cutting‑edge markets such as AI, machine learning, hardware acceleration, silicon photonics and quantum computing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract high‑quality candidates using various sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from initial interview to final offer.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Contribute to achieving recruitment targets and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in technology recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a specialist recruitment firm.
