About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new clients through cold‑calling and pitching Harnham’s data‑analytics recruitment services.
• Source, assess and present ideal candidates to meet client requirements.
• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate and client journey, ensuring a high‑quality experience.
• Achieve individual KPIs and revenue targets, contributing to both short‑term and long‑term business goals.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and managers to refine strategies and improve performance.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong motivation, drive and a passion for sales and recruitment.
• Comfortable with cold‑calling, business development and handling ambiguity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
