Recruiting Manager, Technology

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Recruiting Manager, Technology in Boston. The role combines business development with the placement of technology professionals into full-time positions for clients, while delivering strong service to clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
• Introduce services through video, telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand their use of the firm's services
• Recruit, evaluate and place technology professionals in full-time positions with clients
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Take part in industry trade associations to strengthen the firm's presence in the local technology community

Required profile

• A business-related degree, ideally in Technology (a plus)
• 2+ years of experience in Technology and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
• Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency
• Ability to leverage technology experience to manage and grow the business

What we offer

• Salary range of $62,000 - $116,000, negotiable depending on experience and location
