Recruiting Coordinator – Contract (3‑6 months)

About the role

Radiant Industries is seeking a detail‑oriented Recruiting Coordinator on a 3‑6‑month contract‑to‑hire basis. You will be the backbone of the recruiting function, ensuring a smooth candidate experience while supporting rapid growth in a high‑velocity startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, maintaining a seamless process for candidates and hiring teams.
• Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, delivering professional and timely communication that reflects Radiant’s mission and culture.
• Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate pipeline visibility and consistent candidate records.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize recruiting workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements.
• Create and deliver recruiting dashboards, metrics, and reports to enable data‑driven decision making.
• Document recruiting processes, tools, and best practices to support scalability.
• Assist with logistics for recruiting events, campus outreach, and networking initiatives, and collaborate on offer, onboarding, and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can identify and address workflow inefficiencies.
• Comfortable partnering with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Required skills
