Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

Radiant, a fast‑growing startup developing portable nuclear microreactors, is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring across technical and corporate functions. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to attract top‑tier talent that aligns with Radiant’s mission of delivering clean, reliable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for a wide range of roles, from entry‑level engineers to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, interview processes, and selection criteria.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing campaigns using networking, industry events, and non‑traditional channels.
• Represent Radiant at recruiting and industry events to build pipelines and strengthen the employer brand.
• Track recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement data‑driven process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of professional technical recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of full‑cycle, in‑house technical recruiting experience with a proven record of closing niche, passive talent.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior leadership and hiring managers.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑growth, ambiguous startup environment and take ownership of outcomes.
