Recruiter – US Telecom Market (Remote/Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a self‑driven Recruiter to own the full hiring cycle for field technician and operations positions across multiple U.S. telecom markets. The role is remote‑friendly with a hybrid work setup, supporting Koscom Cable Inc.'s growth in national telecom staffing.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for field technician and operations roles.
• Build and manage a talent pipeline across several U.S. markets.
• Create job descriptions and execute multi‑channel outreach.
• Conduct pre‑screening and structured interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Prepare candidate summaries and ensure smooth handoff to HR and hiring managers.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation with the HR team.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring workflows.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of full‑cycle recruiting experience in the telecom industry.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Self‑starter comfortable working independently.
• Experience in telecom, construction, or field operations is a plus.
