Recruiter / Talent Sourcer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our remote‑first AI studio. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract top‑tier tech talent worldwide and build a sustainable pipeline for critical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Engage passive and active candidates to create a diverse talent pool.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft clear job descriptions.
• Design and execute headhunting strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, and niche communities.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn Recruiter AI) to accelerate sourcing, screening, and outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, manage the full interview process, and gather feedback.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire and keep records up‑to‑date in Workable.
• Share knowledge and improve processes, especially around AI‑driven recruiting.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience focused on IT and tech talent.
• At least 1 year of international IT recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to hire long‑term team members, not just contractors.
• Strong headhunting and proactive outreach skills.
• Experience building and managing candidate pipelines for recurring roles.

Required skills

• Advanced Boolean search techniques.
• LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and LinkedIn Recruiter AI.
• Workable ATS for tracking and reporting.
