About the role
We are a well‑established company seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our close‑knit in‑house talent team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will help build a pipeline of exceptional people across a wide range of functions and levels throughout the firm.
Key responsibilities
- Source, engage, and develop strong talent pipelines to meet hiring needs.
- Evaluate candidates through a comprehensive interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, updating candidate records, and reconciling team expenses.
- Support special projects, including market research, operational improvement initiatives, and establishing external partnerships.
Required profile
- Impeccable communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- A "no‑task‑too‑small" mindset with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
