Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for Fast‑Growing FinTech

About the role

Arch, a Series B fintech that streamlines private‑investment management, is looking for a Recruiter to own full‑cycle hiring across the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and help scale the recruiting function as the company continues its rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of roles, ensuring a consistent and efficient process.
• Proactively source candidates, nurture pipelines, and engage through referrals and events.
• Conduct structured screens to evaluate skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview logistics and maintain clear communication for a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles, and decision frameworks.
• Track recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
• Support documentation and scaling initiatives as the recruiting team expands.
• Contribute to employer branding and community outreach to broaden Arch’s talent reach.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast‑paced or dynamic environment.
• Experience hiring for technical or technical‑adjacent positions (e.g., engineering, data).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
